Many students in our cohort have experienced inconsistent treatment from UCT. Over the past six months I have repeatedly raised these issues on behalf of the Class of 2024, yet the university has not meaningfully engaged. Completing this brief form helps us collectively insist on transparency and accountability.

This form automatically generates and submits FORM 2 (Request for Access to Record) to the UCT Information Officer so that you can request your MBChB award calculation records under the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA).
